Refund Policy

  1. Administrative Charge Deduction
    Any amount paid to Articulate Concepts UK Ltd. in any form is subject to an administrative charge of 20%, which will be deducted before the refund is processed. This covers our operational costs associated with the initial service setup.
  2. Eligibility for Refund
    Refunds are only viable and will be considered if requested at least 2 weeks before the start of the scheduled training or service. Any request made after this time will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Substitution and Alternatives
    Before a refund is approved, all other options, such as the substitution of the service recipient or rescheduling of services, must be explored and proven non-viable. Refunds will only be processed when these alternatives cannot be implemented.
